2. Strict Product Condition Requirements

CRITICAL HOBBY POLICY: Trading cards, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, and hobby boxes are highly volatile financial collectibles. To be eligible for a return, the product MUST be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed condition with all original shrink-wrap, seals, and packaging fully intact.

We strictly cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, unsealed, sampled, or where the original manufacturer packaging has been slit, torn, or tampered with. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
